Deacon and Jones are proud to announce the completion of the New Enterprise Hub at the University of Hertfordshire. The Enterprise hub provides 29,000 square feet of teaching space, administration offices and start-up office space, student collaboration and social areas, restaurant and bar.

The Project with a value of £8.9m was procured through Scape Procure on NEC3 Option A Contract, with partial LEP Funding and took 12 months to complete.
