Planned for works on site January 2024, and with a target opening late 2Q 2024, Manchester Central are the owner/developer of a new exciting Leisure/F&B offer and flexible working environment in their Entrance Foyer area: the scheme is a re-purpose of an existing space to provide a coffee bar/bar and restaurant which can operate independent from, or linked to hired events in the Main Hall at Manchester Central. Deacon and Jones are providing QS/CA/PM role for this new venture.
