Deacon and Jones are proud to be involved in the Bankside Yards redevelopment situated in Southwark.

Having completed the Opus Tower marketing suite in 2025, Deacon and Jones are appointed as Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyor for the new Gym and Spa facilities that will serve the residential accommodation. The Gym is unusual in that it is to be constructed as a completely independent structure within the Bankside Yards rail arches that serve Blackfriars station across the river. This unusual location creates some unique challenges relating to maintenance access for Network Rail, acoustic isolation from trains overhead, and waterproofing.
