Demolition of existing flats and construction of a new private residence in one of Mayfair’s most sought after addresses comprising 6 floors plus roof terrace the works included the construction of a new double basement accommodating a swimming pool and spa area, gym and media room.

Full strip out and refurbishment of three flats located in Westminster. The project involved the amalgamation of two of the flats into a single duplex residence including a feature illuminated onyx and glass staircase connecting the two. The third flat was kept as a separate guest property. The property features high end floor wall and ceiling finishes throughout including purpose made furniture.
