Fire protection remedial works to risers, riser door sets, guestroom doors, following a Fire Engineer report, and recommendation for remedial works. Post Grenfell, a UK wide review of Building stock took place, particularly on higher rise cladded buildings. Deacon and Jones acted as Quantity Surveyors on a cladding replacement scheme to a “live” Hotel, which remained occupied and trading during the works. Contract Value +£1M.
