PEEL are developing sites for House building, and at Mosley Common have developed a ground remediation scheme as proposed by Consultant E3P, and implemented by Civils Contractor, Quinns. Upon satisfactory testing regime proving that the test beds have worked, this ground remdiation work can be rolled out onto the larger site. Contract value £200k. Deacon and Jones acted as Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator.
In preparation for a new build LIDL Superstore, a new Section 278 signalised road junction, which also included sheet piled walling, was carried out by Eric Wright Civil Engineerring using an NEC form of Contract.
The Civils contract value was £1.7M. Deacon and Jones acted as Quantity Surveyor.
