Construction has commenced on the construction of a new Leisure Development in Burnley Town Centre, providing a new Cinema Unit for REEL Cinemas, and 5 restaurant units.

Total GIA  31,549 sq ft. Main Contractor : Eric Wright Construction : Contract Sum £11M. Employer Maple Grove Developments, working in conjunction with Burnley Council.

Completion Date April 2023.
