Deacon and Jones LLP are to act as QS for Academy Music Group, to carry out an internal refurbishment programme of works, to refresh the existing venue Dressing Rooms and Green room. Works are being designed by Graven. Planned construction phase to be in Q1 2027.
DeVere Country Hotels : Various : feasibility studies
Deacon and Jones LLP are supporting DeVere Country Hotels with a range of refurbishment and new build opportunities across 7 of its Country Hotel estates. Feasibility studies include Spa schemes, new external Padel courts, bedroom renovations, new bedroom wing extension, and the like. Planning approvals are being sought, with plans for 2027 construction phase.

Works carried out by JP Wild. Contract value £600k. The venue to re-open to the public in January 2027.
