Deacon and Jones are really proud to see the University of Hertfordshire Enterprise Hub building winning the Constructing Excellence East of England Project of the Year 2021 award.

Providing modern learning and start up business space along side teaching, exam, office and social cafe areas the project was delivered in collaboration with Bond Bryan, Conisbee, Willmott Dixon and Turner & Townsend via the SCAPE framework, with Deacon and Jones providing Cost Management services and Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership support.
