Since British Land’s acquisition of the Meadowhall Centre, Deacon and Jones has carried out numerous contracts acting on its behalf. At Meadow Hall we worked on the refurbishment of the Sainsbury’s supermarket, and the construction of new mezzanine accommodation creating in excess of 70,000 sq ft of additional retail space in-store. Current schemes include new restaurant provision in the Oasis Foodcourt, and a new retail extension over existing service yards. Throughout this period, close liaison has been maintained with the Meadowhall Centre Management team.

We have been working with ING Real Estate for 18 years. For ING we are currently working on its St.Stephen’s project in Hull, its Northgate scheme in Chester and we have many years of working together on a range of projects.
