Retail September 2015 sees the completion of the Landlord Works to get Primark into an extended unit providing a total of 59,000 sq.ft The works have required the combining of multiple smaller units, into a larger unit, full cover concrete and steel, mezzanine and rear extension. The works have been carried out in a “live” Retail Park environment, which has remained fully operational during the works.
